Cypress Ridge Development, LLC was formed in 2026 by two Louisiana managing partners who saw the same thing across rural parishes: working families ready to buy, government-backed financing available, and almost no quality inventory to put them in.
We started Cypress Ridge to close that gap — buying rural land, placing or building quality homes, and selling complete ½ acre and up homesites to buyers using USDA Section 502 and FHA financing.
Our base is Iowa, Louisiana (Calcasieu Parish), with development centered in Jefferson Davis Parish and a roadmap to expand into rural parishes across the entire state.
Site acquisition, construction oversight, subcontractor management, permitting, and field operations. Christopher leads everything that happens on the ground — from raw land to handed-over keys.
Bookkeeping, lender relations, financial reporting, property listings, and sales coordination. Natasha owns the buyer journey — from first inquiry to closing day.
